Happy Halloween, Don't think I have ever started a diet on halloween before.guess it will be good for the trick or treater's, sure don't want any candy leftover.haven't counted calories in a long time. so this will all help I hope, plus learning to use this computer to help me. Hope this will be a new adventure and i can get this 52 lbs off and keep it off. O K lets do it!!!
