This week has been absolute hell. I cannot wait until the week is over so that I can have some time to myself.

A co-worker brought in some tacos and I decided I'd make today into a cheat day since I've worked so hard and made so much progress. Right now the scale shows a large loss so far, but I'll probably not see much for my weigh in because of all the water weight.

Oh well, at least I know I'll have lost more fat!

I'm about to go hit the weights and possibly do some cardio. Iffy on the cardio.
