Note to self: those 4 Tablespoons of Bacon Fat were not from spooning stuff out of your Bacon Fat storage can (ewwwwwww, gross!). You bought a pound of Trader Joe's Bacon Ends & Pieces which happened to be about 87% fat, and as you cooked up the entire pound, you did some serious noshing on some of the pieces that were all fat and no meat.
