I think from now on I will just check my weight twice a day once in the morning before I eat anything and then once at night after everything has been digested and I have exercised for the day after I take a shower or before
93.6 kg Lost so far: 19.8 kg.    Still to go: 34.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I agree! I check my weight all the time. I like learning about weight fluctuations and how certain foods and exercise effect the scale. It helps me to not get so worried about a pound or two. I never weigh the same all the time. I think of myself in a range of weight rather than just one number. I just hope to slowly lower my "weight range" over time.

I periodically get off and on the scale during the day. But I use the my morning weigh in (before eating or drinking and after going to the bathroom) to accurately gauge my weight loss. Otherwise, the scale is all over the place. I weighed after a shower once and the weight from the water caused the scale to go up 2 pounds, lol.
