Just did 75 minutes an hour and 15minuts on top of the 30minutes 4mph 2 miles that I already did I just did 10 laps which is 2.5 miles so I doid 4.5 miles total today and this last one I burned 367 caloreis on top of the 351 calories I burned with the other two miles total calories burned exercising so far today has been 718 calories today so far thats not counting resting and sleeping
