What??? This ended an hour ago? It's still the 27th where I am!


So, my weight this morning was 136 pounds, which is three pounds less than yesterday's weight, so I'm taking this as pretty danged good. And when one considers the stress-eating and the potluck yesterday and that waaaaaaaaaaaaaay-to-carby drink Saturday, I did rather well.
61.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
