This is my first time hear. I have not been able to stick to any diet plan (not really any support, personal life a crazy). I have to lose the weight I think the problem with my leg maybe part of the weight I can't lose. I work at Wal-Mart as a cashier. I generally eat candy at the register. I want to change that. I also eat on my way home (45 min one way)from work; this is because driving generally makes me tired. I would like to find a healthy snack to eat in the car when I go driving. I weight about 180 5'4 I do not have a lot of money to buy process meals. Right now I am trying to stay away from soda, bread, and potatoes.

good job so far,try some veggies you like with a ounce or two of cheese for protein,or a meat snack from kwik trip,they have boiled eggs,two in a package.they also carry fruit and veggies.
