Still doing well on my revised plan. Don't know what to call it, but it is not super low carb, just lower carb and sugar free. Strict at 1200-1250 calories, but I choose them carefully so they count.
Thinking about all that I read about stalling, and I think I understand the stall thing better. I don't think it was necessary for me to stall for over a month; but I was eating too many calories even though my net carbs were around 25. Some days I was up to 1700-1800, and that is more of a maintenance level for me.
So, while I am not doing traditional Atkins right now, I learned so much through the process and am so glad I did it. It helped me break the cycle of sugar being my predominat food, and taught me alternative ways to cook.
I'm looking forward to the next several months. Going to work on setting some mini-goals now that the 'machine' is working again!
