I weighed in at 89 kg this morning. As a part of the program I'm doing, I need to record my measurements related to chest, arm, waist, hips and leg. Though I expected to go down at 88 on the 6th day, I'm not that sad I haven't lost any since the 3rd day. Also I've lost 6cm from my waist in less than 5 days.I do hope I'll be able to achieve at least a 4-kg loss by the end of this cleansing session.
