Good morning kids!
I feel like I did nothing but eat yesterday and was as surprised as I could be this morning to find that I'd lost a pound. I was a little slow getting started today - the cold weather is getting to me - but got to the gym and lifted. Tomorrow is a hardcore cardio day.

What's been on my mind a lot lately is that I've been over 200 lbs. since I was 21 or 22 and am turning 35 this year. For the first time in over 10 years I'm poised to get under 200. I'm really looking forward to the day the scale says 199!

You'll get there!!! Just stay your course!! Very nice to discover yourself a pound down ... congrats!!! The cold weather makes it difficult to get our engines revving ... good job at getting to the gym!!

I remember being right in your shoes - I just wanted to see 199 on the scale!!! Its a great thing to see, and I KNOW you can do it! Keep up all your great workouts and those 11 lbs will just melt away!!
