It seems that I'm not going down very good. I've been trying not to snack at bedtime, but I'm not doing very good. I know that is one very bad habit to have now. Sometimes I'm not even hungry. I wish I could understand why I start these bad habits. At least tonight I've done a little better, I've only ate an apple and plum with a little pineapple. I have found out that the grapes I love, are full of sugar. Thankfully I have given up on grapes for most of the time.
