At last my Forever Living Clean 9 diet pack arrived yesterday, so I could start the programme today. Since the rules don't allow me to weigh in every day, the next time I'll do that will be on Saturday morning. I had to record data concerning the size of my chest, hips, waist, leg and arm.
I'm looking forward to checking out the changes in 3 days!
Btw, is there anyone here who has ever tried to lose weight with Forever Living C9? If so, please feel to leave a comment.Thanks.
