Not feeling this low carb thing. I got a real tired in the gym I had a crazy cravings for sweets and as soon as I finally gave in I feel like I gained back 8 or 9 pounds in 1 day wow. I did hit 100 pounds lost at 1 point. it's okay my stomach is flatter than ever still making progress.
