I was not serious with my weight loss efforts,but when I saw 80kg on the scale I was horrified.I have committed to finally putting in the hardwork that is required to get my self in good health.No excuses.
80 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
