This is my week:
Early morning wake up, early bed time.
Walk + train journey, to the city to and from work.
1 hour walking around at Lunch time.
(Possibly a bit of window shopping after work.) 3 hours extra running around the house when I get home, doing the usual choirs.
3 days exercise at the Sports Centre:
Tuesday + Thursday = Gym session.
(I walk a mile to the gym on Thursdays and get a lift back.)
Sunday = toning class.
But most importantly healthy home cooking and never buying food from shops is my secret to staying healthy and slim. Be careful what you eat and watch out for palm oil! Nasty stuff.
