About that 5lb weight gain, it turns out it was really due to an increase in my muscle mass. I didn't want go on the scale but I was curious about it...2lbs came off, looks like the stubborn fat is being burned off (finally). Any way, not gonna record any weigh-ins until next week.

In the mean time, I am chugging water like a whale lol.

hahaha, i only my muscles when exercising when i relax i look normal...any gotta try harder in getting more definitions in my legs and arms...
