My goal is to lose weight slowly and not gain it back, counting carbs, eating at least one large salad per day, and Greek Yogurt or cottage cheese with blueberries. My doctor would like to see 2 # per month, I would like to fit in my "Faith Clothes!" I have faith I will wear them again.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
