PokeyJack's Journal, 11 Jun 16

Oh my Bob, the calories! The macros look great, but the calories!! It was definitely stress-eating, and weird.

I ate the first of the Fat Bombs because I could tell I was low on energy, and I had a lot of homework to finish before class tomorrow. The looming homework may have been the Stress That Broke The Camel's Back. It seemed as though I was shackled inside a robot that was doing what someone else had programmed it to do, and the key to unlock the Override Switch was missing. How frustrating! And guilt-inducing! Eventually, I got control over my arms and legs, and I dug out a scoop of Peanut Butter to slo-o-o-o-owly eat. But the stress-eating trance, ai-yi-yi!

And the irony of it was, I did all that while listening to an interview with a doctor who was talking about stress-eating. Bizarre, and how!

Got the homework done, however, so I did good. Now I think I'll call it a day.
*sigh*

Goodness, alliens! I figure they are the ones who try to derail us. But a good fat bomb comes to the rescue! Yay fat bombs! In the end, you won again. A day at a time.

Thank you, carmen1098 & IzelZAwake! I do, indeed, have a very creative imagination, but it really did feel like the robot was doing it. At least, before the peanut butter, any way.
