So my scale has been broken and I have to weigh myself today and I don't want to. I'm kind of afraid, my scale told me I had lost a lot of weight last week, and then went up 8 lbs overnight. It would then go up or down about 6-8 lbs each time I stepped on so I didn't bother recording anything. I was just sad to see it was broken because it meant my good feelings for supposed weight loss were probably in vain. If I didn't have such a bad eating/drinking week, it wouldn't be so bad. Well, eventually I'll step on the scale at work and see what it says...
