Okay, okay, okay: only minus 70 calories and, yeah, only 92% of my RDI, but it took a lot of Creamed Coconut to get me there! Plus, in this heat, I tend to lose my appetite (and, consider that I live in a partially-subterranean apartment where the ground acts as a flywheel, so I won't get the record-breaking heat until tomorrow and the day after), which means I might not eat my "usual" until Thursday at the earliest. And that may be a very early "earliest." Besides, my fats were over 70% and my carbs were under 15%, so there! ;-)
Think I'll hit the piano before going to bed. That's code for "it's too hot to try to sleep now: maybe later?"
