Ooof, it was so hot when I got up this morning, I couldn't even think about cooking a breakfast! So I had 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds and a pint of my "Instant (Almost) Coconut Milk." Had enough energy for all my errands -- including climbing up the hill to get to Broadway -- and then some. About ten minutes after I got home, my stomach was growling, so I had my usual lunch. Things were much better in Tummy Land. :-)

All are welcome in Tummy Land! The Sunflower Seeds have had their hulls removed, that much is on the label, but it doesn't say whether they have been dried. I don't think they have: it would be more like Trader Joe's style to roast them rather than to dehydrate them. They "taste" chewy instead of crunchy, so I believe they're not dried after all.
