I can't even begin to express how satisfied I am with the new gym. I spent close to 4 hours there total over the weekend playing with equipment that I didn't even know existed. Being in there gave me a second wind with my powerlifting goals and plans have changed. I'm going to continue getting stronger as the priority, getting lean will be a second thought. I did a squat max effort and deadlift dynamic on Saturday and a bench press dynamic last night. Day off today, and then a deadlift max effort/squat dynamic tomorrow. Wednesday will be a bench press max effort and back hypertrophy day.
Doing Conjugate again. How could I not?
