Down by 2.3 pounds, yippeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Setting a new goal of 130 pounds. It's so nice to have a scale in my apartment, although I suppose walking down to Macy's to weigh myself (on a nifty-looking ancient scale), actually took off a few ounces.
Got up rather late, and wanted to get my walking in before it got too hot, so breakfast was forgone in favor of lunch when I got back. That curry sauce is pretty versatile, tasting spicy on the cruciferous veggies and just-right on the turkey burger. This recipe is definitely a keeper!
On to making more Coconut Milk.
