Made my first home-made green juice this morning. Blech. I used BPC's recipe from their 3-day cleanse book, but this is clearly not the same as the juice they sell for their packages cleanses. Much tweaking is required, and unfortunately I have another juice from the same batch to drink today. Kale is not my friend.
But it made my morning snack of raw cashews that much tastier...
I'm not really sure how to count calories for home-made juice. So to be safe I'm just counting the whole foods I used, although I must be consuming fewer calories since so much pulp is removed by the juicer.
