So I was reviewing my Average daily intake and Monthly average and it seems that I am getting about half of my calories from carbs. Now most of these are veggies but they are still carbs. I am only getting about 25% of my calories from Protein which might be causing some of my slow recovery. also I am only getting 14% of my calories from fat. In the past I always lost the most weight when I kept my ratios closer to 30%/30%/30%. This also give you about 10% of play so that you don't have to be exact. Time to revamp what I am doing..
