Figured out the alarm clock issue -- someone (I'm not admitting anything) accidentally moved the switch that selects which alarm goes off so it was set for "Alarm 2" which defaults to 12:00. Despite a late start today I decided that it was worth it to be a little late to work to get a good workout in. MomofTwoGirls - I'm taking your advice and doing back to back cardio days to see if that moves things along.

Had a VERY ROUGH day at work yesterday and went all Incredible Hulk on someone...cross your fingers I don't turn green again today : )

Incredible Hulk.... LOL I LOVE Edward Norton!! About the cardio - I know my father says that doing back to back days really helps him, so yeah, give it a try! Right now, because I bleached my hair, and I can't only wash it every other day..... wierd I know..... I go to the gym say Monday night and Tuesday morning. Then I don't go back again till Wednesday night, and then again Thursday morning. Fun fun fun!!!
