Hi all! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Fortunately I managed to only gain half a pound by eating lots of veggies and small portions of the calorific stuff (stuffing, mashed potatoes, pecan pie) so I didn't feel deprived but didn't do a lot of damage. I'd really been slacking with the gym...hadn't been in over a week and told myself today was the day to get back on track. Put in an hour on the elliptical this morning with a challenging iTrain workout so it was pretty intense. I feel great now! If I can figure out WTF is going on with my alarm clock which doesn't seem to be going off life will be REALLY good!
