"Weee fall down, but we get up; weee fall down, but we get up; we fall down." Those are the lyrics of a song, I use to hear sung in church, some years ago, by the children's choir. Those words have been echoing in my head, all evening. I went to lunch with my younger brother today, at a casino restaurant's buffet. I didn't go over board with it, but I did have a few things I shouldn't have had. What can I say, It's my Achilles heel, and no matter your intentions going in, sometimes you slip up. The details are in my food diary. I guess the important thing is, tomorrow's another day, and another chance to get up. As long as I keep getting up, then in the long run, I will succeed. :)
