So, I drank until I was floating yesterday, went for a 1-miler then had Kaju-class, then went for a 2-miler after wards.. sweated my @$$ off, dropped almost 3-lbs.
Feeling alot better today.. well, at least not any worse..
104.1 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Buffy, Still battling it a little... once it's in my chest, as it is, It will hang on for weeks.. Thanks to having exercise/cold-weather induced asthma...
