I worked late last night and skipped dinner. Not ideal, but its a loss, I take it!
Really proud of lunch today. I've been eating spaghetti squash, but today's was just better! Longer strands and more separation.

Only real difference was I cooked the squash on cast iron rather than ceramic and I used canola oil rather than olive oil.
