So far so good for the week. I was up almost 6 lbs from the weekend visit up North but that's coming off and hopefully I can log a loss come weigh in time this weekend. I do need to lay off the sunflower seeds, too much salt, but man are they good. My step son got me hooked on them....they're addictive and I just found ones seasoned with Old Bay, yum! At least they are filling and help stave off hunger.
