I want to wish all the mom's a Happy Mother Day! For those of us that have lost our mom's I know it's a hard day. I just lost my mother in October. But we have to stay strong for our kid's and grandkids. So if you have not talked to your mom today, call her or go see her. Now on a different note I was happy to see 3 pounds down!
