I have finally lost 1 pound. My sister who is also my best friend has been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer so naturally, I turned to food to help. I think I have come to terms so 1 pound and I am walking 30 minutes every day on my treadmill. Some days are hard and it is hard to make it to the treadmill but I am trying. 

I will be praying for you and your sister! I know what it's like to hear that a love one has that "C" word. Try to stay strong and if you need talk I will be here for you! 

Thank you so much. It is nice to know someone is in your corner when you feel so alone. I am trying to find something to run to when the reality hits out of the blue instead going to the fridge.
