For the first time, in a few weeks, I didn't lose any weight. I'm going to have to take a look at what I did different, from other weeks where I did lose, and get back on track to losing again. :(

yeah,it happened to me last week.my problem was lack of exercise.i wish i could be one of those people who just love working out but i just am not there yet.i have to talk myself into it every time.i do know that exercise makes a significant difference in my journey.
