This being a new month, and I have re-started my mind to start thinking Low Carb , healthy eating again, I had so much bad stuff to eat the past Months (March-April) I have re-started everything on Monday 2May 2016 -my next weigh in will only be in two weeks time, I want to scale down on the scale :-) due to my love , hate relationship with the scale. *The goals for this month to lose between 3-5kgs or at least 15-20cm, *getting ready for my MTB race on the 14May. I was still very active the month of April but you can really feel the bad eating is making the body more weak than strong. My Cheat meals , snacks for me this month will only be yogurt, fruits and nuts(any type), dark choc, Honey. Good luck to everyone we almost in the middle of this year can you flippen believe it.
