I sure too many changes at once is a recipe for disappointment. I started exercise, diet, increasing water intake, and a work-related fitness challenge.

The water intake is too much. I got my second headache today.
The diet is ok, I'm just not used to all this cooking and eating. I'm overwhelmed with dishes from these small meals.
Exercise was good, I was surprised! Today it was the easiest aspect! I will sleep well Zzzzzzzz
