I'm about as full as a tick, after my,late, lunchtime visit to a great All You Can Eat restaurant. Aside from four, breaded, deep fried, mushrooms, I stayed low carb. I had a nice mixed salad, with ranch dressing; blackened catfish, two orders of baby back ribs, minus the bbq sauce, broiled trout, white fish, and a plate of steamed cauliflower, and broccoli. I had a bit of tartar sauce, with the fish, and a diet Pepsi to wash it all down. Dinner will be light, if at all. :) So far, not a bad low carb day. :)

"About as full as a tick", you're too much! That made me laugh. After reading what all you enjoyed I believe it, lol, lol,lol.. Your weight chart is incredible, down and down it goes....I am jealous ;)
