it was a rough weekend but i was able to hold onto the diet, only down fall is that i was eating really late at night, i mean really late, like 11 o clock but i was up till about 2 so i guess it was okay? i dont really know! i was able to resist all alcohol, hamburger rolls and potato chips! i was so proud but then this morning i weigh myself and nothing, i am still the same weight as on friday! i guess i should be happy the number did not go up but still its hard to resist everything i love and then not get the immediate benefit of it! lol i know i should know better but i am sure i am not alone in the fact that if i say no to something yummy and fattening i should automatically lose a pound... wouldnt it be wonderful if our body knew what we were saying NO! to all the time and in return dropped a pound... i know its wishful thinking but it doesnt hurt to wish right?
