Dude, I am even worse. Back up to 194.2# this morning; after a freakin' 900K rest day for God's sake. I must confess, I am struggling a bit to maintain my composure with the scale. Changed the batteries to no avail...

I did the battery swap as well a few times. lol I am beginning to think I shouldn't have thrown out the old scale that I could adjust my weight by leaning. :) We've both been through this before. I find getting enough fat tends to keep my head on straight. Caliper calculation is still telling me 11.4 bf. I have to admit though, at 2300 calories (maintenance is about 28-2900) I'm not seeing much happening. It'll come. Keep the faith.

I simply stopped stepping on the scale more than once every two weeks. I step on and its a surprise either way.

I hear you guys. I need the scale data as I am doing a full weigh in every 3 days, so unless I get to the point of massive Scale Rage, I am going to weigh daily. I just analyzed my whole cut again. Couple reality checks. Will do a separate post so as not to prattle on here...
