Having a hard time this week ... really some bad choices in eating. I am so stupid! Sugar is up above 200 again because I have been eating too many carbs...Wawa sizzle's for breakfast don't do it. I really need to buckle down again and just do it right. I am very upset with myself..

Don't beat yourself up! Make better choices for the next meal. Take a few extra minutes in the day to figure out meals. Your diligence will be rewarded! Up the water intake! :) You can do it, lunch is a new meal!!! And I'm a T1 diabetic myself---keep a tight reign on that glucose!! :)
