LOVED yoga! That's a relief... I was in need of a new impulse. And with the 30 minutes cardio before + the bike ride, it's a great workout. So now I've got: - 1 spinning class, or 2 if I've been bad with my calories - 1 or 2 bodyshape classes by different instructors (cardio + weight training) - 45 minutes swimming - yoga + 30 minutes cardio With these 5 workouts per week I can make the 5x per week cardio challenge without giving up out of boredom. I hope this way I will make it until my goal.
