I have to lose 4lbs by this coming Tuesday. I have 6 days. I wanna wow the doctir and nurse when I go in for my drs visit on the 13th. Getting down to 152lbs by Tuesday I will have lost a total of 20lbs in a month. Everyone cross your fingers and pray that I can get these 4lbs off
