The last two days I finally tried the flax seed muffin and I hopped on the scale this morning and I am up 2.2 lbs. Thats the only thing it could be, I had my normal foods the past few days and all my water. Has this happened to anyone else? Guess I will cut out for a few days and see if thats it?!?

I haven't but I think us women have ups and downs comes with the territory I was up 2lbs yesterday, then back down those 2 today which was lucky I had to write my weight in today. So try again in a couple of weeks see if it happens then.
