This is the goal: Get down to 199 lbs on Zumba, then add P90X into the mix. When I get down to 165, I'll do Zumba, P90X AND TurboFire. When I get down to 135, I'll start into some of my other exercise DVDs, like Tae Bo and all that jazz. It may sound crazy to you, but to me, it's like the world's toughest training program and all I have to do is press play to get me started. I'll make this work, even if it kills me. I am sick of my belly being like one big jelly roll. This ends with either my fat rolling off in puddles of sweat or.... you don't want to know.
