Lucky me, it's ladies only at the swimming pool from 13.00 to 15:30. No excuses, let's go! --- I missed my morning exercise class, with good excuse, but no more classes today so this means I have to do a workout on the machines... and I am getting so BORED with them that I zone out completely, instead of kicking myself into HIIT. I've been whining about this before, so I need to come up with another alternative then just not going. I'll call the swimmingpool, see if I can jump in today.
