First week on diet
So yesterday I ate around 800 calories because I let my blood sugar get way too low during the afternoon, causing me to crash in the evening and i then ate two pieces of whole wheat pita bread. Today I'm down again to 550 calories, and feeling great.
Basically I only eat smoothies, made of 100% fruit and veggies except once in a while where i add a coupl of tablespoons of 1% fat greek yogurt.. yummy!
Then to ease my stomach I eat a third of a can of vegetarian baked beans and half a can of corn... very satisfying.
Lots and lots of water and green tea with lemon and ginger. Looking forward to weighing in next week...
