Well I am still at 230lbs.. but that's ok.. I was running low on fluids the other day when I got a little too much sun.. weight plateau'd over the weekend at 232, but is back down again today. I am going to modify my diet again and try the designed 3 on 2 off schedule that it was designed with. It will be interesting to see how it plays out during my night time shifts on the weekend.. It is going to take a lot of will power to not snack on crappy foods .... I also think that I am at my first plateau @ 230lbs. I haven't lost any more inches either. But this too is to be expected. I am coming off of the "rest" week (note quotation marks, haha..) for P90x and started phase 2 yesterday, we'll see how this goes. Train strong-Remain strong!!!
