In an offer of relief to my budget, I have switched from Mochas to Mint Teas when my spinning group meets at $bux. Later, it occurred to me that this was also reducing my sugar & chocolate intake, which is good these days as I want to spend a month without chocolate and sugar, so I can figure out which one is causing those days-long binges. I'm hoping it's sugar: I don't want to have to give up chocolate, I love it too much! Nevertheless, one of the two is triggering major cravings, which I have read is a symptom of allergy. Please, let it be sugar!

Now that I know I can track my fluids on this site (in addition to making hash-marks on my wall calender), it can figure in my record of stuff I put in my face :-)
