I'm alive and well! Everyone had a great time at the Braggin' Rites. I did 640 on leg press and 210 on deadlift, 165 on pendaley back row, 3 minutes of iron cross and so on all after my hour of tap dancing lesson!!! We had two ladies do 1,000 lbs leg press..so cool! I am in awe of them!!! I was the oldest participant by two months. I'm 62!!! I feel very proud of myself and I hope I can get out of bed tomorrow!!! Lolololol
