Well I got to the 235 mark. WooHoo!!!!! Only 10 more and i'm at my next goal and it's no more obeseness for me. I love this protien diet it really boosted the weight loss for me. The B-12 doesn't hurt either. So that's 8 lbs. in 6 days. I'm sarting to feel sexy at least when i've got clothes on now. I go in a store and I ask my family"Am I bigger then her?", and the answer most of the time is no. That feels so cool not to be the biggest one anymore. I found these shirts to help hold in my arms. My man says they are mens baseball under shirts. I don't know but they work.

Feeling happy about how you look is one of the hardest things to do, so it's awesome that you're doing it! B12 is awesome (if you're low in it). I take some every day to keep my levels up, and it keeps me going!
